Bernard Letendre is a partner in the Leadership & Team Development practice of a highly respected consulting firm that helps organizations drive performance through meaningful culture. Prior to this, his corporate career spanned almost thirty years and included executive as well as senior executive roles with some of Canada’s largest financial institutions.

Over the years, Bernard has held volunteer Board positions with a number of high-profile organizations such as Les Grand Ballets Canadiens de Montreal, the National Gallery of Canada Foundation, La Fondation du Dr. Julien and the Investment Fund Institute of Canada (IFIC).  He is currently a Director of Judo Canada.

Bernard has been practicing Judo for over 40 years, holds a third-degree black belt, and is a volunteer instructor at the University of Toronto Judo Club. He holds a Bachelor and a Master’s degree in law from the University of Montreal, is a published legal author and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1993. He lives in Toronto with his wife and is the proud father of three adult children.
